For example, we have Engineered for our client and built:

  • A completely skid mounted, pre-piped and pre wired. Waste Oil recycling plant to the designs of PESCO to process 500 lph of waste crankcase oil, complete with its instrumentation, controls was exported to USA.
  • A similar unit, 1000 lph, for the pre-treatment of waste oil, exported to Australia.
  • A plant to process 1000 kg/hr of bio-solids sludge for odour control, built for a Diesel power plant in Chennai.
  • A plant to proportion, mix and prepare a proprietary latex friction material mix complete with its impregnation unit built for an Indo - French Auto ancillary plant near Chennai.
  • A triple effect evaporator system built and site erected with all attendant pumps, valves, piping for a large Chemical plant in Cuddalore.
  • 19 systems to automatically weigh, mix and discharge nylon 66 with an additive, for a tyre chord yam producer.
